My undergraduate degree in communication science and my master, both with a strong emphasis on human factors, have given me strengths in user studies, activity analysis which has underpinned my work as an IxD graduate student. I enjoy concept generation and feel very comfortable planning and managing the design process and working in multi-disciplinary teams.
